1 week before start
Start the health campaign in the workplace one week before the employees are invited. This way you let everyone know that you offer the Personal Health Check free of charge. It is important to communicate on as many different channels as possible. Use the following resources for this:
LinkedIn post - share your healthy employer practices:
Within our company, we started The Personal Health Check from &niped! All our employees are offered this check free of charge. By doing this, we pay extra attention to the health and vitality of our employees.

Make everyone enthusiastic about the Personal Health Check! Print posters and hang them in places where as many employees as possible will see them. Because not everyone is at the workplace as often anymore, these are also digital options. For example, share the brochure digitally, as an attachment to the starting letter above.

Exciting that we are going to organize the checkpoint at your location! Below you will find some practical information about the preparation, execution and evaluation.
Participants do not need to make an appointment for the checkpoint. Checkpoints do not take place on Fridays because of the shipping of the blood tubes to the laboratory.
To organize the checkpoint we need an enclosed space with at least a (large) table and two chairs and, if possible, access to the WiFi network.
Furthermore, we would like to hear:
The checkpoint attendant will report to the on-site contact person a half hour before the start and will then prepare the room.
Information about which participants attend the checkpoint is privacy sensitive and we are not allowed to share.
The checkpoint employee will leave the room tidy after the event.
We want to keep improving our services and therefore we would like to hear your opinion. You can share this with us via your regular contact at &niped.

1 week before the closure date
Before the registration option closes, you can place a final call for participation via your communication channels. You can write these at your own discretion, but you can also use our sample texts.
Health facts to share
Did you know...
On average, one in five employees experiences burnout complaints?
67% of women at high risk of cardiovascular disease have high cholesterol levels?
The risk of developing cardiovascular disease is 40% higher in women than in men?
Does fat around the organs in the abdomen produce harmful substances? This increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Preventive checking helps to provide insight into your risk areas, for example to prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes or burnout?
After closure
Once the project is closed and participants can no longer register, it is important that as many employees as possible complete their participation. You can again use the sample texts for this, or write your own text.
Managers help keep the topic of health alive in the workplace. That's why you'll find tips below on how to keep the conversation going about health and vitality to share with them.

We have a lot of information available for you, which cannot all be shared on this single page. If you would like to receive specific information to share with your employees and cannot find it here, please let your project manager know so that we can provide you with this information!
